Machine origin: Warehouse BI.MAC.

Melangeur GUITART E HIJOS coming from the warehouse BI.MAC. and completely overhauled according to the normal review cycle BI.MAC. with the following procedures and additional features:

- Rectification of main stone pool and of the two stone roll done from a specialized company.
- New bearings of the main pool and rolls.
- New transmission system, designed and applied from us, to replace the old borken system that was unusable. The new system is made of a primary belt transmission to connect motor to a worm gear reducer and of a secondary transmission with gears to connecr worm reducer to the main stone pool.
- Modification of the hub of the main stone pool to ensure reliability and safety.
- New basement made in welded steel to allow also an easy movimentation of the machine.
- New electric box, separed from machine for application to the wall, with control panel applied on machine side.
